23 November 2564/2021 BKK: Most Ven. Prof. Dr. Phra Brahmapundit, Members of Sangha Supreme Council of Thailand, Vice-President of MCU, Abbot of Wat Prayurawongsawas, Bangkok, presided over the meeting of Tipitaka English Version with sub-committee of editors of the Tipitaka or Pali canon at Siribhakdeedham Building, Prayurawongsawas Temple, Bangkok and online via Zoom conference. Phra Brahmapundit in the meeting established the rules and standard for the translation of the Pali canon.

On this occasion, Dr. Phra Sophonvachirabhorn, (Sawai Chotiko), Agga Maha Pundita, Vice-Rector for Foreign Affairs of MCU, along with Dr. Ven. Senghurng Narinda, Assistant Rector for Foreign Affairs, together joined the meeting as well. They are also members of the Tipitaka English Version.
