มจร เดินหน้าจัดประชุมเข้มคณะกรรมการตรวจนับพัสดุและบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้อง ประจำปี 2569 เสริมโปร่งใส มุ่งเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการทรัพย์สินองค์กร
พระนครศรีอยุธยา — มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย (มจร) เดินหน้าสร้างมาตรฐานความโปร่งใสและตรวจสอบได้ในการบริหารงานองค์กร โดยจัดการประชุมคณะกรรมการตรวจสอบพัสดุและบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้อง ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 ครั้งที่ 2 เพื่อขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินงานการตรวจนับพัสดุประเภทคงเหลือ พร้อมทั้งตรวจสอบระบบการรับ-จ่ายพัสดุประจำปีงบประมาณให้มีความเรียบร้อย ถูกต้องตามระเบียบ และเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อมหาวิทยาลัย
การจัดการประชุมในครั้งนี้ถือเป็นกระบวนการสำคัญในการกำกับดูแลและบริหารจัดการทรัพย์สินของมหาวิทยาลัยให้มีประสิทธิภาพ สอดคล้องกับนโยบายการบริหารงานที่มุ่งเน้นความโปร่งใส ตรวจสอบได้ และคุ้มค่าของมหาวิทยาลัย โดยมี รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุรพล สุยะพรหม รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการทั่วไป เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดการประชุม พร้อมมอบแนวทางการปฏิบัติงานแก่คณะกรรมการฯ และผู้เข้าอบรม
การประชุมจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 15 – 17 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2569 ตั้งแต่เวลา 09.00 – 17.00 น. ณ ห้องประชุม 102 ชั้น 1 อาคารพระราชรัตนโมลี (นคร เขมปาลี) มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย ตำบลลำไทร อำเภอวังน้อย จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา โดยมีคณะกรรมการและเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วมอบรมในครั้งที่ ๒ นี้ อย่างพร้อมเพรียง เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ตามเป้าหมายที่วางไว้
MCU Drives Forward 2026 Inventory Audit to Enhance Asset Management and Transparency
AYUTTHAYA — Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University (MCU) is driving forward its commitment to transparency and governance by convening the 2nd Meeting of the Material & Equipment Inspection Committee and Relevant Personnel for Fiscal Year 2026. The initiative aims to push forward the physical inventory counting of remaining supplies and thoroughly audit the annual receiving and distribution systems, ensuring strict regulatory compliance, accuracy, and maximum benefit to the university.
This meeting serves as a crucial mechanism in driving efficient asset management and oversight, directly aligning with MCU’s core administrative policy focused on transparency, auditability, and value for money. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Surapol Suyaprom, Vice Rector for General Affairs, presided over the opening ceremony and delivered operational guidelines to the committee members and participants.
The three-day session is taking place from 15 to 17 October 2026, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Meeting Room 102, 1st Floor, Phra Ratrattanamoli Building (Nakon Khemapali), Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, Lam Sai Subdistrict, Wang Noi District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. Committee members and designated personnel attended this second session in full force to collectively drive the operations toward achieving all strategic goals and target outcomes.
